We have dedicated the first step of this training course to equalization, thinking of all the people who are attracted by the blue, but cannot experience the sea without anxiety, due to the pain they feel in their ears from the very first meters. We have also thought about those who feel they have no easy, effective equalizing mechanisms, and would like to improve them in order to increase fun and reduce risks.
