Compensazione Evoluta in DEEPSPOT

NO equalization - NO freediving.

  WHAT IS THIS WORKSHOP?  

The workshop includes theoretical and aquatic sessions to refine alignment skills. During the sessions, students will learn how to be aware of and how to control the anatomical structures affected by equalization techniques.

During the first day students will work on awareness and basic skills, and during the second day they will develop new skills by learning to dive with developed compensatory techniques.

  FOR WHOM  

The workshop is designed for certified freedivers, minimum Level 1 license.

The required minimum number of participants is 8.

The workshop will be conducted in English

   WHAT EQUIPMENT?  

Freediving equipment is required to participate in the course:

Snorkel, mask, fins, dive computer and Otovent..

   WHO LEADS THE WORKSHOPS?  

Federico Mana – founder and president of Moving Limits.
He is also a former athlete and multiple Italian record holder.
He is now a professional teacher and trainer, specializing in equalization, deep training and breathing techniques for freedivers.
He has written books about it and now travels the world with workshops, private lessons and online training.
